With breathtaking architecture, beautiful tropical grounds and stunning views of Sarasota Bay, the Cà d’Zan Mansion at the Ringling Museum is a favorite for weddings and receptions. With four different locations on the grounds, the Ringling is sure to excite and amaze all of your guests. Last fall, we had the joy of creating flowers for a wonderful couple, Raquel and Dustin. NK Productions coordinated their amazing life event and Ryan Joseph Photographs did an incredible job of capturing the beauty of the venue in addition to the intense love and respect shared by the couple.

The Bridal Flowers:
The bride, Raquel, chose jewel toned shades of blue, violet and lime green for her wedding flowers. We chose to translate her into blue stem dyed orchids, bright green cymbidium orchids and purple hydrangea. The bride’s bouquet included all three of these flowers while the bridesmaid bouquets featured hydrangea in the violet shade. We also created a pomander for the flower girl in lieu of petals.
Reception Flowers:
This ultra-romantic evening reception was located on the grounds. The tablescape consisted of vases in various sizes, shapes and mediums. As you can see in these images, most of the tables had our tall silver vases full of hydrangea, orchids and bells of Ireland. Other arrangements included tropical leaves and jewels for a little extra drama. We chose to make a large statement on the head table by placing an acrylic candelabra wrapped in blue orchids. The table also featured citrus green hydrangea in mercury glasses and clear vases with wrapped leaves inside to give the bridesmaids the perfect place to set their bouquets.
