Sarasota has amazing outdoor wedding venues. Emily and Anthony recently got married at one of our favorite places, Selby Gardens. They wanted their flowers to be complementary to the garden theme; and chose peonies and garden roses in white, peach and apricot.

I am sitting here, back at my parents’ house, marveling at one of the beautiful centerpieces that we thankfully brought home on Sunday. There are obviously so many little details that go into a wedding, but the flowers will be one of the aspects I remember most, particularly because flowers have always been so important to my mom.
I was 
absolutely stunned when I saw the pavilion: the palette reminded me of one of those really brilliant Florida sunsets–such an inexpressibly joyous reprieve from the dreary Seattle greyness we have been enduring since October!! You listened with such care and enthusiasm as we described our vision of the wedding, and you clearly put so much love into the floral arrangements. You are wonderful, truly. We are so grateful to have worked with you, Laura, and will never forget how enchanting those bright, fluffy peonies and roses looked under those string-lit banyan trees.
