The Ritz-Carlton of Sarasota 

The Ritz-Carlton of Sarasota specializes in all aspects of wedding planning. They offer both indoor and outdoor weddings. For starters, The Sunset Terrace at the Ritz-Carlton Beach Club has a 300 person capacity and The Healing Garden has a 200 person capacity. They offer special reservations to hold rooms for all of your out-of-town guests to stay directly at the hotel. You can also customize your wedding menu however you’d like, most people base it on theme, culture, or dietary restrictions. This can be easily accommodated by their very experienced and knowledgeable chefs. The Ritz-Carlton is an extraordinary venue for your Sarasota destination wedding.

Powel Crosley Estate

Powel Crosley Estate is the historic and unique wedding venue in town. The outdoor area, a 1920’s era estate,  offers a look at the natural beauty of Sarasota Bay, the Gulf of Mexico, and is just walking distance from the Ringling grounds. For an indoor wedding, the two-story venue on 45 acres is the ideal look. The Ringling Museum of Art

The architecture alone at The Ringling makes it a favorite for weddings and receptions. There are three possibilities for settings if you want your venue at this location. The Terrace of Ca’ d’Zan is the main wedding destination at the Ringling Museum of art. It is along the Bayfront Promenade, therefore when the sun sets, you can see the lights of Sarasota and Longboat Key alongside the sky with the bright stars. This venue can also accommodate 250 guests. The other options for The Ringling are the Museum of Art Courtyard, an elegant and romantic setting surrounded by replicas of ancient Greek, Roman and Baroque statues on the lawns. Lastly, for a smaller wedding the Circus Museum will hold up to 50 guests that can tour the miniature circus whilst enjoying fine dining and drinks. The Pavilion at Mixon Farms

The Pavilion at Mixon Farms is a wedding and reception venue known for vintage charm with a southern twist. For over 13 years, Mixon Farms in Bradenton, Florida has been the choice for many couples wanting a special outdoor wedding. Bradenton is just 30 minutes away from downtown Sarasota. This beautiful venue has fields of Florida orange trees and grapefruit trees that fill the air with a lovely citrus scent. They have a gorgeous Grand Wooden Pavilion that they have decorated the ceiling of with hundreds of twinkling white lights. For reception purposes, Mixon Farms also has an indoor air conditioned Honeybell Hall that holds up to 100 guests. The Pavilion creates a day to remember at a hidden gem of a location.

Zota Beach Resort

Zota Beach Resort is an exemplar and secluded setting on the Gulf of Mexico. This contemporary resort is located on the white sand beaches of Longboat Key, in Sarasota, Florida. Zota specializes in romantic coastal weddings from anywhere from 20-150 guests, so they are able to give everybody the attention they deserve.
